Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Sheila Jungmeyer grew up in Eldon near Lake of the Ozarks. She attended Central Missouri State University and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1992. She opened her Lee’s Summit practice in 1996 and has lived in the area since then, raising three children. Dr. Jungmeyer enjoys family life, travel, scuba diving, flying airplanes, and snow skiing.

Leah has over 30 years of experience in dental hygiene and joined the team in 2020. She aims to help people feel good about themselves through dentistry and enjoys camping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Christie started her dental career in 1997 and joined the team in August 2024 as Dr. Jungmeyer's lead assistant. She loves helping patients gain their confident smiles and enjoys boating with her three children.

Amber has been in the dental field for 20 years and joined the office in 2011. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and loves crafting and spending time with her family.

Denise began her career in dental hygiene with Dr. Jungmeyer in 2004. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the team in March 2023. She focuses on easing patient anxiety and enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Dr. Dhyanesh Suresh hails from Joplin and graduated as valedictorian from Joplin High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Truman State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2005. He has worked in public health and various dental offices before joining Jungmeyer Dental. Dr. Suresh focuses on patient comfort and modern techniques in dentistry.

Catie joined the office in 2021 after experiencing a summer at her uncle's dental practice. She has been in the dental field since 2009 and loves to travel and compete.

Crystal has been working in dental administration since 2010 and joined the office in 2022. She enjoys getting to know patients and guiding them through their dental needs.

Whitney has been Dr. Suresh’s lead assistant since 2012. She is passionate about helping others love their smiles and enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Kelly has over 10 years of experience as a dental hygienist and joined the office in 2018. She enjoys educating her patients about improving their oral health and also runs her own business making 3D sculpted tumblers.

Cindy joined the team weeks after her graduation from UMKC in June 2016. She loves one-on-one interactions with patients and aims to be memorable during their cleanings. Cindy enjoys traveling the world with her husband and adores her two golden retrievers, Chief & Remy.

Kelsey has been a dental assistant since 2021 and joined the team in July 2024. She enjoys the challenges of dentistry and loves spending time outdoors with her three children.

Craig served 4 years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman Dental Assistant before joining the team in 2022. He enjoys providing services for patients and seeing their happiness.
